• Ginger miso dressing, 2 TBS  = 1 point . Trader Joe's

• Cauliflower rice, stir fry and other flavors. Trader Joe's

• Habanero's lime tortillas. Has a kick but not that spicy 4 points, Trader Joe's

• Quinoa Cowboy Burger, Trader Joe's

• Turkey burger, Trader Joe's

• Frozen Fruit especially peaches and mango, Trader Joe's

• Snyder salt free or salted pretzels, 

• Frozen egg sandwiches, Trader Joe's

• Seafood paella, Trader Joe's

• Chopped salad blends, Trader Joe's

• Chicken breakfast sausage (fresh meat section) 2 sausages for 1 point, Trader Joe's

• Carb savvy bread and tortillas, Trader Joe's

• Dave's Killer Bread, thin sliced , 2 points 

• Almond windmill cookies, 1 cookie = 2 points, Trader joes

• Chicken cilantro wontons, 4 = 1 point, Trader Joe's or Costco

• G Hughes sugar free sauces, ShopRite or stop n shop or other traditional grocery stores

• Corncakes, stop and shop (with rice cakes)

• Cauliflower crackers From the Ground Up, Whole Foods, ShopRite

• Robin's salsa - similar to WW Hot Fiesta Dip
